LivLife Seriously Seeded bread is comparable to other seeded bread brands on the market. For example, LivLife Seriously Seeded contains 15.8g of carbs per 100g, Hovis Seed Sensation contains 42g of carbs per 100g and Warburtons Five Seeded Batch contains 39.7g per 100grams.

Carbohydrates have had a terrible reputation so it isn't surprising so many people had cut them out from their diets. However, we are a nation of sandwich lovers and although bread is seen as the worst offender of all carbs, it's the one food product that consumers can't live without.

High in Protein; LivLife Seriously Seeded bread contains 25g of protein per 100g, compared to 8.7g in regular white bread and 10g in regular wholemeal. High in fibre,; LivLife Seriously Seeded bread contains 7g of fibre per 100g, compared to 2.4g in regular white bread and 6g in regular wholemeal bread.

For information, LivLife has a GI of 16. In the UK low GI is considered to be 55 or below.
